About Strozzi Designs

Why the name Strozzi Designs?  Well, I am deeply connected to my family and ancestry, both my parents are from Switzerland.  My maiden name, Strotz, evolved from the Strozzi family in Florence, Italy, and there is a palazzo still there today, as pictured here.

I come from a line of artists, my father was a well-known architect and my grandmother was a milliner.  Making jewelry began as a hobby, but then developed into a passion for beautiful color, design, and form, probably stemming from my roots.  I began this online store because as my passion grew, so did my desire to share it with others, often giving pieces as gifts to family and friends.  Each piece is handmade by me with care, love, and attention to detail and is designed to bring joy to the wearer.  Take a look at my site and enjoy.
